Onboarding Application: Subcontractors, Inspectors, Specialists

OhBuilt.com Inc. invites responsible Subcontractors, Inspectors, Specialists and Vendors to cooperate with us on various construction and renovation projects. We aim to deliver high quality work for our clients and expect nothing less from our Subcontractors.  We need awesome subcontractors that can bring their gained skills, experience and talent with a positive attitude to wow the customers!

Inspectors must be experienced and qualified to inspect construction sites to ensure all specifications, building codes and safety regulations are observed. Inspectors come from diverse backgrounds such as foundation analysis, building and structural inspection, surveying, geomatics or municipal examiners/investigators.
Construction specialists must have experience in at least one of project management, estimating, construction oversight, site supervision, property management, field/project engineering, planning, design or development.

OhBuilt.com Inc. has undertaken to maintain a drug free workplace and is contractually required to ensure its employees and subcontractors abide by this policy. The Subcontractors, Inspectors or Construction Specialists hereby warrant and undertake to notify OhBuilt.com Inc. of any conviction or plea of guilt or nolo contendere to any violation of laws dealings with Narcotics including chapter 893 or of any controlled substance laws of the United States or any State therein as well as the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) of Canada, no later than five (5) days after such conviction. Subcontractors, Inspectors or Construction Specialists shall put in place precautions to ensure that the owner of their respective firms and all of their employees have not been involved and have never been convicted of the unlawful possession, cultivation, production, import, export, manufacture, distribution, dispensing, or use of any street drugs including but not limited to controlled substances (other than those prescribed by a physician) or habit forming drugs including cocaine, methamphetamines, club drugs such as Ecstasy, heroin and LSD.
